- Generate the likeness of real individuals (including celebrities) without documented consent,
- Produce copyrighted content without the necessary rights,
- Use generated images for commercial purposes unless you own the copyright or have the rights to the input materials used.
4. Intellectual Property
All elements within our applications — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, downloadable resources, software, and features — belong to HitDev or our licensors. They are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
5. User Content
5.1 Ownership of Content
You keep ownership of any content you upload, submit, or share through our services. By submitting content, you grant HITDEV AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the services.
5.2 Content Standards
You agree that your content will not:
- Infringe on the rights of others,
- Contain illegal, defamatory, or offensive material,
- Include personal or sensitive information about others without consent,
- Violate any law or regulation,
- Attempt to bypass HITDEV AI moderation or filtering tools.

6.1 Subscription Services
Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the listed fees,
- Allow automatic renewal unless you cancel beforehand,
- Follow the refund rules provided in the app.
6.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their terms and conditions apply to these transactions, not HitDev’s.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be collected, used, and processed as described in that policy.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” HitDev does not guarantee that:
- The services will operate without interruptions or errors,
- Defects or bugs will always be fixed,
- The services will be free from harmful code,
- Results generated through the services will be accurate or reliable,
- All attempts to misuse the system will be fully prevented, although such actions are forbidden.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HitDev is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the risk of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to protect and indemnify HitDev and its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses — including legal costs — resulting from:
- Your use of the services,
- Your breach of these Terms,
- Any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, without prior notice, especially if you violate these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
